About Lena

Lena Kul has been a guiding force for many designers throughout their careers. As the lead design and research recruiter at Miro, she built one of the strongest design teams in Europe. Following this success, she transitioned into a UX research role to deepen her understanding of the discipline.

Sinc then, Lena has established a thriving advisory practice that empowers designers and UX researchers in their job searches and career transitions. She is also an active thought leader on LinkedIn, sharing valuable insights daily.

In August of this year, she launched her Maven course, “Master Your Product Design and UX Research Job Search,” where she has already helped over 60 designers and UX researchers acquire the skills needed to stand out in a competitive market. Lena’s students report receiving more interview opportunities, navigating easier processes, experiencing boosted confidence, and even signing contracts!
