14. Do Your Homework Before You Accept the Offer

Did you stop and think if this was a company you wanted to work for?

Did you take a minute to stop and think about whether or not this company was even a company you wanted to work for? What if you did get the offer but it turns out the company culture was toxic?

The fact is that the company should impress you as much as you need to impress them. It’s not a one-way street. 

So if you’re not doing your homework to figure out if this company culture is right for you before you get the job, then it’s not too late.
