You probably hear thought leaders, authors, or influences on LinkedIn and other places talk about “leadership” all the time. They talk about how important leadership skills are and how everyone should be a leader. You might be thinking: “Hey I don’t want to be a leader. I just want to do great work.”
Are you a recent design grad? Did you just finish a boot camp? You may be on the hunt for the latest design trends, UX research best practices, accessibility principles, or new techniques on how to build micro-interactions in whatever the newest tool du jour is. I don’t have those things, but I do think I’ve got something that will be just as valuable in your UX journey.
